1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hoapay ("the Service") at hoapay.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

hoapay provides a web-based platform for homeowners association (HOA) management, including but not limited to community announcements, household management, complaint tracking, emergency reporting, permit applications, amenity bookings, and visitor management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Roles and Permissions

The Service supports multiple user roles including Administrator, Treasurer, Auditor, Homeowner, Security, Visitor, and LGU representative. Each role has different permissions and access levels. Your role is assigned by the subdivision administrator.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hoapay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
