User agreement
Last updated: March 31, 2026
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Hoapay (the "Service") provided by Hoapay and its partners. By creating an account, using the Service on behalf of an organization, or using homeowner applications connected to your community, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Hoapay provides tools for subdivision and HOA management, including household records, communications, visitor and permit workflows, elections where enabled, and related features. Features may vary by organization settings and your role.
2. Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate information. Organization administrators are responsible for inviting users and assigning roles. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for complying with your community's rules and applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or as required to protect the Service and other users.
4. Homeowner applications
When you use Hoapay as a homeowner or resident, your organization's policies may also apply. Data practices are described in our Privacy policy.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hoapay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
6. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above or through notices within the Service where appropriate.
7. Contact
For questions about this Agreement, contact your organization administrator or reach out through the support channels provided for your deployment.
